When you begin a new recovery session, start with "Pre-Recovery Checklist" and follow each instruction in each topic until you reach the end of "Report" at which point your data recovery should be a success! If for some rare and strange reason the recovery didn't go as planned, you may probably be able to find the solution to your problem in the "FAQ" and "Troubleshooting" section.
